My fellow correspondents:
It is my privilege to convey my gratitude to the founders of this prestigious Association particularly I thank Mr. Lion. Venus R. Chellappa who introduced me to this noble association. I thank the founding fathers for their efforts to organize and establish this Tamil Nadu Nursery and Primary School Management Association. Our Founding Fathers, faced with perils that we can scarcely imagine, founded this association. Days passed and now I have become the third President of this esteemed Association.

That we are in the midst of crisis to serve the nation for a new age. At the moment, schools have carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because we, the correspondents, have remained faithful to the ideals of our fathers. Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But they will be met. In reaffirming the greatness of our association we understand that greatness is never a given, it must be earned. Our journey has never been one of short-cuts or settling for less. It has not been the path for the faint-hearted, for those that prefer leisure over work, or seek only the pleasures of riches and fame. Rather, it has been the risk-takers, the doers, the makers of things. As a third President of this wonderful organization, I shall carry the legacy of my predecessors with humility and do my best to take our association a notch higher. For everywhere we look, there is work to be done. The state of our education calls for action, bold and swift. And we will act to lay a new foundation for growth. I am thankful to the members for giving me this unique opportunity to serve for the betterness of the nursery and primary school managements. And we will transform our schools to meet the demands of a new age. All this we can do. All this we will do.

Now, there are some who question the scale of our ambitions, who suggest that our association cannot tolerate too many big plans. The question we ask today is not whether our association is too big or too small, but whether it works. The nation cannot prosper long when it favors only the prosperous. The success of our education system has always depended not just on the size, but on the reach of our prosperity, on the ability to extend opportunity to every willing heart.

To run a private school is very difficult now a days and I feel the same. But if we unite and work for a goal of overcoming all difficulties it will become very easy. And yet at this moment, a moment that will define a generation, it is precisely this spirit that must inhabit us all. Day by day the authorities insisting new rules and we are struggling to follow the rules. At this juncture I expect a full co-operation of the E.C. and G.B. members to carry out all the activities of the Associations successfully. We are ready to serve you better in the coming days .

Unite we stand, divide we will fall.
Thank you. God bless you.
